E0-Local Concept

The concept of E0 localization is to localize AfNOG's System Administration curriculum for building capacity in a locale. This initiative is being spearheded by Internet Society and is targetted at ISOC chapters, Campus NOGs, Country NOGs, Gender and other interested identifiable communities.

The localized setups are to work on a self sustainable model which will require a business plan from proponent. Campuses are ideal candidates for E0 localization program. The first of such workshops in Ghana has been slated to take place at University of Cape coast, Cape Coast Ghana from the 27th July to 31st July 2009. The workshops will be held twice every year and will be moved to willing campuses around the country.

ghNOG E0 Localization 2009 was made possible by generous contributions from NSRC, Internet Society, afNOG
